Grove Hill House

Grove Hill House was built in the 1770’s as a small Georgian country house and is Listed Grade II. It has suffered over the years, but retains some original features. By the 1980’s it had a flat on the ground floor, bedsits in the floors above and a printing /haulage business in the basement. A programme of careful repair coupled with necessary insertions of bathrooms, kitchens and staircases has returned it to family use.
